Posted by LibeRaCe on October 17, 2008

There is a lot of material on the internet that covers the holocaust, but which sites would be most useful to learners? Dr Raphael Gross, director of the Jewish Museum in Frankfurt surveyed many of the major sites on the internet on the holocaust and found those aimed at youngsters were the most structured and useful. is one of the sites surveyed, which Dr Raphael Gross said “gives a lot of information through its archive and library, though students will need good teachers to guide them and help them use the page”.

The library themes cover the forging of the Nazi state, its imagery, economics and path to war. The Anti-Jewish Policy and the fate of German Jews are also covered.
