@hparcher Do we want kids learning Digital Citizenship on the back of the bus or in a classroom with a qualified teacher?
Our favourite quote @hparcher "A powerful tool is one that helps my students share their voice and for me to witness & document their understanding" and @SaneeBell "Tools are like shoes. Not all tools will fit every teacher and every classroom."
Very true! You always need to ask – well what do actually want to do? What is the problem you are trying to solve? This helps to better guide tutors that to taking time and getting to the crux of what is actually going wrong, rather than try to shoe-horn the latest social media tool into a situation that it is totally unsuited to solving. Knowing what tools won’t work for you is as important a digital literacy skills as being able to harness those that do imo!
